House Profile: Rosebank Lodge is a new facility providing thirteen ensuite rooms that will offer support to adults of mixed gender who have a learning disability. The home is designed to promote independence within intensive 24hour staff cover. Staff are caring, committed, experienced and trained to care for residents and their associated complex needs

There are eight ensuite bedrooms, seven with wet rooms and one with a bath, four bedsits and one self contained flat. Fittings and fixtures throughout the home are of a high standard with varying colours and exudes warmth, comfort and a pleasant environment.

The home is near local amenities such as shops and public transport, the Tram link between Croydon and Wimbledon as well as easy access to buses and trains. There is a leisure centre close by, that residents can access. It is located on a quiet residential road.

There is a sensory cabin and a huge garden which has a potential of offering outdoor sporting facilities such as a trampoline, basket ball and other games.

There are three colleges nearby that offer specialist courses so that residents can continue their education if they wish to, or pursue hobbies.
